1 Comment I like my stripes just like my milkshakes: black and white! And so does Hilary Duff (pictured), Kate Moss, and Selena Gomez, to name a few.
Hilary paired her pick with bright jeans, but this dress is just too cute to pass up.
Dress to Impress
Pair with a blazer, under a pink skirt as a top, or alone in the summer with a pop-of-color accessory.
For now, layer it up with a chunky scarf, bulky sweater, dark tights and knee-high boots.
