It’s a sheer coverup and JCP was kind enough send me a gift card to snag this must-have item. I love it for many reasons, but here are a select few.
1. It’s goes with any bathing suit. 2. It allows me to showoff my suit while covering up. 3. It’s doubles for a night out. Add a bandeau top or a tank underneath and wear it with white skinny jeans.

Incase you’ve been out of the fashion loop, neon is EVERYWHERE. It can be a bit intimidating to wear head-to-toe, but a neon necklace will instantly brighten up your look while drawing attention up towards your face, you beauty queen!
I’m all about neon pavé necklaces. What is pavé, you ask? It’s when stones or gems are close together, so think bling with a blast of bright color.
This one piece goes a long way. These vibrant necklaces go with everything from a glamorous party dress to jeans and a t-shirt. Pave necklaces come in all shapes and sizes with detailed layering and colors. They steal the show and that means it’s the only accessory you need, no earrings or bracelets required.

Summertime is the time for effortless style. Versatile statement pieces take little thought and are a must when packing light for upcoming getaways. Metal hardware for my wrist is on my summer-shopping list. I want a big piece that requires little accessorizing. Plus the cutout trend is a current fave of mine.
So here we go. It’s splurge vs steal and I gotta say that I like the steal more, way more. The textured feature makes it look more luxe and unique.

Hey there, hope your Memorial Day weekend was as fabulous as you. I spent mine in a fringe bikini, but now I’ve got a new swimsuit on my mind, the retro kind. Think high waist and Marilyn Monroe sex appeal. It’s the perfect way to leave a little to the imagination, but still standout at the beach, pool, or while laying out on your lawn (in my case, apartment balcony).
Great for: covering love handles, highlighting waist, accentuating curves.

The main piece you need to achieve the look is a high-waisted bottom. Curvy on you backside? A high-cut leg on a high-waist bottom will highlight your curves, cover up problem spots, and won’t weigh you down with too much fabric on the leg (boy shorts are bad for big booties).
It works with most bodies, as you can mix & match it. Try a bandeau top for a full retro look, or add a string-bikini top to show more skin. Play with colors and patterns and make it your own.
Orange is an ‘it’ color. Last year is was all about tangerine. Now the shade is Pantone orange, which looks exactly the same to me, but whatever. I love it, need it, want, own some, and am sharing my skinny-budget buying advice. Aww, here it goes…
1. Studs are perfect for a pinch of color and work for everyday wear.

3. Embellished Earrings add glitz for a summertime wedding or graduation party, and can make jeans and a tee look more polished.

One of my first blog posts was about an I ‘Heart’ Ronson trench that can become sleeveless. Season after season, I fall back in love with it and start wearing it a different way. I featured it in this recent Trend Bite, got asked about it, then wore it last night to Fabulous Shoe Night and got tons of compliments.
All this trench attention got me looking for a similar style that’s affordable. The best I could find is more than what I paid (got mine almost two years ago), but if you’re going to wear it as a jacket, vest, and dress, then it may be worth it.
So here’s where you come in. Would you buy it? It’s under $60, but originally retailed for around $200. And it’s classic – so you’ll get years out of it. Okay, so it’s YOUR turn to tell me. Would you buy it? Comment below!

One of my favorite parts of blogging and doing TV segments is trying out new products. I’m always curious to see what’s worth buying (like the Physician’s Formula light-up lip gloss I recently featured – LOVE IT!!) and give my skinny-budget recommendations.
